POOR SERVICE!!!!
requesting for a payment proir by debit order but ABSA life proceeded to debit me .. and refused to refund me ......really not customer service !!!!!!

I urgently require you to reverse the debit order as i requested proir the debit order be activated on the 25.03.2026 - now this has left me in a worse off financial siutation and also i have to assist financially with funeral arrangments
