Poor Insurance Company

I have been communicating With ABSA Life representatives via email and I am not happy because I received and email notifying me that my policy has lapsed whereas they promised me that it won't lapse.i am frustrated because I've now lost a policy because of their incompetency.They called and notified me that the policy is still active as it was reinstated and now I'm struggling to get answers as I've sent an email to their customer complaint specialist and he hasn't rep**** my mail till date.
