PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED FROM ABSA INSTANT LIFE

I am appalled at the pathetic service received from absa instant life. Trying to claim from my mother’s life policy after her passing in October and to this day absa hasn’t even sent as little as an acknowledgment. It’s been well over 3 months since this claim was made and still not receiving any communication from absa. When you call instant life they literally tell you they have no recollection of any calls on the claim.

This is honestly so disheartening and traumatising as one is meant to be grieving but instead you have to deal with an *********** company that does not care about the service they give their clients
