Pathetic customer care - no reply - disability claim

Policy nr 226820. I Benita Thrron have had enough! I have been battling to get my disability claim done for MONTHS! No one calls you back! Cant even give me a claim Number?! Yet i have 28 calls from me to them on my phone since JUNE!!! I emailed them countless times and STILL pay this useless policy even though i have been unemployed for more than a YEAR?! What the hell people?!?!?! I spoke to Sabastian every second day, only to be tokd eventyally that the idiot that handled my claim no longer works there and Gift is now taking over. She promised to call me back 27 Jul. NOTHING?! Yesterday i phoned again only to be told i might have to wait 180 more days for an answer?! ***?!?!?! This policy is years old! My accident was more than a year ago! I am unable to work. No income! This is what i took this out for not so?! Your pathetic! Ps. Absa life knows nothing about this policy??????
