Life Cover disputed claim

My son passed away in 2015 and had a Life Cover through Instant Life Insurance Administrator, underwritten by Guardrisk Insurance, of which I'm the beneficiary. Both have refused to settle the claim since Dec 2015 and in fact I was offered a quarter 1/4 of the payment. The matter could not be adjudicated by the Ombuds in their favour and is now in the Courts and I think their Legal Team is deliberately delaying the process in the hope of frustrating me. They tried the same with my late husband's claim in 2017 and when they ran out of all reasons not to pay they finally did. I will not rest until this matter is also sorted out. Very frustrated and gradually running out of patience.
