Instant Life the worst customer service ever!
My jopurney with IL started when my husband passed 19 May 2024. The p[olicy being specifically to pay the ourtstanding bobd and the balance be paid to the estate. I complained on this platform in July/August as at IL the right hand does nOLT know what the left hand is doing! FIVE months later and 35 e-mail later I am still NO furtjh ALL the documents requested as well as the completed claim for was sent dating back to 20 June 2024. Over THIRTY e-mails between me and the instant life division and various individuals.
This means that NOTHING has been done by Instant life since then! No One has taken the responsibility of the matter and have kept up with it! This is totally SHOCKING and UNACCEPTABLE.
IL don’t deserve ANY star reviews as they are by FAR the worst I have ever experienced. After all the mails docs sent etc etc I receive a mail today again requesting ALL documentation supp**** AGAIN! *&^%$$^&^*&(*)
Thanks for the reply but I will believe it when I see it. Please refer this matter to senior customer care of a senior manager in Instant Life as a matter of urgency? Not that I have pre-empted considerations toward your capabilities but this HAS to be brought to the attention of management. I have sent ALL 30 mails to Social Media <***> AGAIN!
