Instant Life is supersiding the final say //WILL

My husband had a life cover with instant life after passing away only my elder daughter and me we where paid the money,my other daughter she is 8 and they saying they will keep the money for her ....now my question is according to the father s will ,the money was suppose to go to trust fund so that I can be able to pay school fees so I want clarity between the will and instant Life who have the final say
