I had missed two premiums, May and June and I made a call back via the banking app. I got a call around 12:30 about the call back that I had made. I told Shadey that I missed two premiums and I’d like to pay them back. I received exceptional customer service from Shadey Stalmeester and I’d like her to be recognised for her work.
