I took a life cover with Absa which I cancelled 2 days after the first debit. I was told that my money will be transferred back into my account of which it never happened while I was still pushing for the to refund me only to receive another notification that they have debited my account again this month. How on earth am I still paying for a cancelled policy. I have sent numerous emails with no response, they don’t answer their calls when they do the line will be so bad that you won’t hear a word. I want my money back and I can’t close my account because of them doing as they pleased in my account. These people are **********.
