False policy information
The Fitlife cover policy as provided by Instant life stipulates that a Fitbit device will be shipped to the policy owner once the first premium has been deducted. End of January the first premium was deducted, up till today I have not heard one word from Instant life with regards to the promised Fitbit. I have phoned them twice and sent several emails to inquire about said Fitbit. I was promised telephonic feedback, it did not happen. They do not even have the decency to respond to an email.<br> <br> Worst client service ever, or rather NO client service at all.<br>
