Beware of Absa instant life. Lacks integrity,

Poor and pathetic service by the consultant from Absa instant life. A consultant by the name of Merial or Murial call me to give a quote for life cover. I wasted about 20 minutes of my time divulging all my personal details to her. She then indicated that it will be forwarded to the underwriters and will get back to me. Three days later, she calls to say my cover has been turned down. When I asked for reasons, she just cut off my call. This is rude and arrogant. I am entitled to know the reasons for the cover being declined. I am very suspicious when personal information and ID numbers are given over the phone as she could be one the people who **** clients. Be aware of this company, Instant Life and Absa underwriters ?????
