Between policy and Will who had the final word

My husband passed away on the 15 of July 2020 ...he had a life cover with instant life Absa...it was so difficult to claim the policy but they end up paying us.now I having a minor child and the father indicated from his WILL that her money from Life cover must go to trust fund but instant life insist that they will only release the money when she is 18 years which means they supersiding the final word...and sometimes this year I complain on hello Peter and they never rep****...that money was meant for school fees so I must pay from my pocket now while they setting with the money doing the opposite of the testament
