BAD SERVICE INSTANT LIFE ABSA

I would like to report DARIA ADAMS AND MARK KAYTER that works for instantlife.I lost my husband on 2021-09-04 and he has a life cover with instantlife which is under ABSA.I have sent documents as requested by this two consultants and there has never been any progress nor communication regarding this claim. Numerous emails has been by me to this two consultants requesting feedback but no one has contacted me.I am heart broken and disappointed .I have never in my whole life experience such BAD SERVICE.
