Absa life very disappointing

My father had a funeral policy linked to his Absa account. When he passed away 4years ago they paid the money to his account and froze the account. That funeral policy was suppose to help with the funeral cost. At the end we had to pay for everything. 4 years later and the funds are still in his account and Absa is deducting banking fees every month. Please dont use Absa life
