Absa life please consider your claim process

I hate it when every time I need to be attended at absa life I have come here and write my story. I submitted claim on 14 August then got a reply on 28 August that they need outstanding documents of which I did submit them same day. Then 14 September I followed up they say they have not received them system not picking up those sent documents,they gave me another email to use "*** I did sent but still nothing no Assessor called. That makes me wonder if i should continue pay my premiums im doubting this policy. Claim process is too long
