Absa insurance poor service

These guys canceled my policy after 9 years with them. Knowing the 10th year they pay out your bonus. Which is 20% of your premium. After many emails.i get a letter saying we can not assist... no senior manager will ever come on the phone...I must refer this to the ombudsmen.
