ABSA InstantLife not good at all.

I visited an ABSA bank in Edenglen and they were very helpful. I needed to make an arrangement with ABSA's InstantLife for my life policy and so I contacted them requesting a payment relief or hold on my policy until I get an income again.

They flatly just said that they cannot help me and that's that. So be warned with your policies with them as they will not be helpful or considerate.

Really pathetic.
