absa funeral policy
i submitted the police report that the investigation officer filled in, I cant believe that Absa wants a police report with their logo on and the in investigating officer is in Cape town What am i to do now,

07 Jan 2021, 13:21ABSA FUNERAL IS REALLY *********, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT MY DAD WAS IN PRISON FOR MORE THAN 9.5YEARS AND HE PAID HIS FUNERAL PLAN FOR MORE THAT 12 YEARS. HE WAS UNABLE TO AMEND HIS FUNERAL COVER BECAUSE OF HIM BEING IN PRISON. MY DAD GOT ******ED ON THE 27NOV 2020 AND ABSA ON ALL OF THEIR FUNERAL PLANS ADVERTISE THAT THE FOVER AMOUNT WILL DOUBLE IN THE EVENT OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY OUT THIS BENEFIT BECAUSE THEY ARE SAYING HE HAS AN OLD ABSA POLICY. my understanding is if he had changed the funeral plan to the newe funeral plan. there was going to be no increase in premium just an benefit that got added.
