ABSA Credit LIFE insurance dont pay their claims

In Augus 2025 my husband was put ill health retirement. According to his credit life policy that was added to his motor finance he was entitled to claim for the disability to pay off his loan. To date we have not received any feedback from ABSA life. All the other bank Nedbank, WesBank and FNB has settled their claims. We have been ABSA client since the early years when they were still Volkskas end Trust bank. Please people make sure you read your policy documents and make sure once you have to claim for this. t.
