1nd time reqeating cancelations of the same things

This is the 2nd time am writing on this platform regarding cancelations. I sent emails early August for cancelations. I was called and refunded back R60 for charges l. But again I am being debited and being charged by the bank. What more do you guys want me to do or how is this cancelation need to be paid . I sent email after email with proof of unemployment but still am being debited over and over was called on the 8 August that its cancelation but 3q August I was debited again.

What more do you want from me. Just because its a funeral plan pls dont send me to n early grave fighting this cancelation requested on the 4 th August yhooi haai no man am seriously getting sick guys of this bank charged me cause of this cancelation that is not being taken seriously 😢 😞 😕 *** am sick now guys cause of this haai haai its too much
