Lawn dressing and Instant Lawn company in Boksburg

I am so disappointed in the service I got from a company who does lawn dressing and all types of grass (I found the ad in Gumtree). The person's name is Moses. He took my rake after completing the work and promised to bring it back but these were all empty promises. He ignores my Whatsapps and declines all my calls.It has been almost a week. Is this customer service?
