Bad Workmanship

Instant Gutters came to replace my gutters at my property a commercial building. He removed my old gutters which wer far superior to the cheap guttering he used and he took all the old gutters away. Several calls to him have met with no response. He quoted on seamless gutters R36000.00 but what I got was gutters with several joints that leak excessively when it rains.
