Install it all - Paid for quote, never to start the work and not refund monies.

Install-it-all (Arvobiz pty ltd Reg nr *** trading as: Install-It-All Durban) Rudi Du Preez quoted on a job for one of our clients and was paid for the work on the 3rd of September 2019 (R5809.44). A further payment of R1090.56 was made on the 2nd of October 2019.

On the 26th of November 2019 we requested for the funds paid over to Rudi Du Preez (Install-It-All Durban) to be refunded to us so we could obtain the services of another company. The tenant in occupation of the premises where the work was meant to be completed had waited almost 3 months for the work to be started.

On the 27th of November 2019 an amount of R3000 of the original amount of R6900 paid to Rudi was refunded.

To date (4 February 2020), the balance of R3900 has not been refunded. 5 months after install it all was paid to carry out work they quoted on.
