We have been wanting to install gas geysers in our house for a while now and finally had the money to do so. We got a recommendation from someone we know who said Install-It-All was a good company and decided to get them here for a quote. We wanted to have one geyser for the main bedroom and bathroom (For my mother in law) and another one for me and my husband’s bathroom and kitchen. The guy eventually got here, but My husband and I were both at work so he quoted my mother in law and told her what he was going to do and what we will need and all that jazz. Not knowing much about gas geysers and the prices of such things she accepted a REDICULOUSLY overcharged quotation and paid him 70% upfront. When they came to install the geysers, he wasn't even present. He only sent two of his workers (which personally I don't think he told what we wanted to have installed and where etc.) After a bunch of drama with those two workers who did not know what to install where, we finally settled on a different plan to connect the two bathrooms on the one geyser and have the kitchen on a separate geyser. This all started at about 8 in the morning, they only finished at about 7 PM. I tried to take a shower that night and burned the back of my legs to blisters as well as my hands, because when you open the Hot water it gets very hot very quickly and as soon as you open the cold water it gets freezing in a matter of seconds, so it’s either boiling hot or freezing cold, doesn’t matter how much you fiddle with the taps. The next day we told the guy what was happening and he sent his two workers over again and said that the geyser was faulty and they replaced it with another geyser, they tested it and it was fine. That evening my husband took a shower and the same thing happened, the water is boiling hot and as soon as you open any cold water tap it immediately turns into freezing cold water, and then you have to close all the taps and start all over again. We told him that this is still happening and that HE (not his workers) must please come and have a look and fix the problem because this is not what we paid for. He just said that it is probably a plumbing issue and that we must pay him the rest of the money, which unfortunately my mother in law did. Now, here we are, with two geysers that do not work properly, no licence for the installation (Which I heard that we do need) The gas bottles are not on a concreate slab as they should be, and we cannot take a shower without the water burning the hell out of us! I am very very VERY furious and disgusted by this so called "company" and I would like to give then no stars at all! Not even ONE, because they are worse than TERRIBLE and deserve no stars!
