Worse help service ever

Instagram has been no help in assisting me get access back into my account. The email and sms links to rest my password doesn't get sent to my email or cell,which I have access to both the email and cell number registered to the account. I've repeatedly tried and checked even spams folders but nothing. Sent an email to the email provided on the playstore and no response to that email either. I'm disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by such a big company.
