Unable to do anything on Instagram

I have not been enjoying my social experience on Instagram lately. I actually thought I was hacked but clearly not because everyday I am able to log in. I even change my password.

But I am unable to do anything lately. I cant post a pic nor a video nor can I comment on other people's status. I cant even comment on my own.

I have raised this issue and sent reports but still no answer. Not sure what happened. If I contravened any of the rule it should tell me. It is frustrating and not sure what to do now. I love Instagram but please help me understand what is going on.
