No reaponse to blocking appeal

My account was hacked and they then proceded to block my account. I've been using their appeal system for 3 weeks now and nothing has come of it. They just ask you to send an email with a code and your username next to a picture of yourself. I haven't heard anything back from them. Their customer service is non existent
