Invading my privacy

Hi hellopeter, i trust you will be able to shed some light on why Instagram for the last two days are bugging me to give them my date of birth this app is seriously interfering with My Indriver app that i am keeping open as i do Indriving i tried to put some incorrect information in just to get rid of them but tells me it is incorrect are they allowed to insist that i must give them my information i think they are invading me privacy would like them to remove this app immediately
