Instagram offers no help!!!

It is so sad that Instagram is a social platform that offers no assistance to its users. I have a stalker/hater who creates profiles in my name, with my pictures and then adds ****ographic images off **** sites, followed by hate speech - feeling conpletely helpless. I turn to instagram for help to remove the profile and I kid you not I have reported the profile atleast 30 plus times a day and still no action has been taken or response received from the Instagram Team - its been a month!!! Can someone do something before I take this further? If innocent lives can be tarnished on this platform then in my opinion it shouldnt exist!!!
