Instagram offers no help!!!

Instagram is a social media platform that has so many users yet they are not equipped to assist users when a problem arises. Ive been reporting **** profiles, profiles that are offensive and defaming for months and have no feedback since. I am highly frustrated, why have a report option if no action is taken upon complaint. Facebook is more efficient. I will not tolerate this, if no action is taken I will have no choice but to take legal action in order to be heard. I really hope it doesnt have to come to that.
