Instagram locked out/log in

lost my phone, I don't have access to my authenticator app or my backup codes. I need help with logging back into my instagram on a new phone. I have access to my username and emails, but it keeps sending a 6 digit code to authenticator app, which I don't have access to. I've clicked the 'take a selfie option' but it keep redirecting to sending a code via email then to authenticator app. I have tried to email them numerous times to no avail
