Instagram help centre and support means zero

If anyone can help me get back into my account, I would really appreciate it. My phone got ******. With that, my access to MY Instagram account. I have tried every possible solution the Help Centre offers, but it simply does not help if ur verification gets sent 2 ur ****** phone?

I have downloaded 3 different authentication apps on my new phone, to no avail. I've tried resetting my password. That does not work as invalid parameters awaits u. I've watched countless YouTube videos to resolve invalid parameters. I've mailed support twice. Not even an acknowledgement of receiving the mail.

I refuse to create a new profile. I am hoping someone gives a shizzle, and actually helps me.
