Instagram Hacking and Data Protection is a nightmare!!!!!

My Instagram was hacked/phished yesterday. The hacker changed both authentication platforms to their own cell number and email address - ***. I have tried to reset countless times but it keeps coming back to their email at the last step. I have tried with all my mite to contact anyone that will help me with zero luck. I cannot believe that such a massive corporate takes data protection so nonchalantly. I am beyond fuming. This person still has full control of my profile and I have zero support.
