Instagram Hacked Account with no solution.

My account was hacked yesterday by a person going by the name of Charlotte and named @coach_akash_16. This individual has somehow managed to change my email address, username ,cell number and security settings on my profile. They have made a false post pretending to be me with a bitcoin scheme and have message almost all of my followers pretending to be me and are trying to take money from them.

I have reported them and instagram reviewed the matter and there responce is below ,
