Instagram Hacked Account with Authentication Created

My account was hacked in May 2022. I have tried every trick in the book to regain access to my account with fail as the hackers created a two way authentication linked to their contact number and email. The account itself is still partly linked to my email addresss because everytime I use face recognition to gain access to my account, it is always successful however the code am meant to use I think get sent to the hackers and I. Then further asks for the authentication code which I have never set and dont have. I have provided Instagram with my contact details as well as those of the hacker that replaced mine on my account however to this day they has not been a solution. To date , someone is using my ****** identity to de***** people with bitcoin and God knows what else.

I will appreciate if this can be resolved soon by either getting my account back or it be deleted completely because clearly Instagram has no measures in place to protect our identity even if they have proof of the rightful owner of the account because they can't disconnect the authentication created by the hacker.

It will give me peace to have my issue resolved before many other people harmed
