Instagram ccan't even be othered to respond to a hacking case!!!

My friends Instagram account was hacked last month, we have reported it on there and nothing has been done for a bout a month now, the hacker is posting **** and ***** posts and links, you guys a huge company, surely you will not allow some hacker to escape free, this is ***** and identity theft now, both are very serious offenses as well. Would you like us to sue you rather, for extremely poor customer service perhaps, I mean an entire month and nothing from you guys on Instagram, about a clearly hacked account!!!!
