Instagram ****** hell

My instagram account has stopped working and I've tried every trick on rebooting the app still it help.jeremy is the person who's supposed to be helping me Is ****** useless I gave him every thing to verify that this is my account but he refuses my email address 2 times I had to give it to him my selfies with some numbers that they gave me what device I'm using I also sent pics that are in this account the damn app has stopped working that is why I requested help from them but they will send you from pillar to post
