I WANT MY OLD ACCOUNT BACK!!

It deleted my old account saying I violated rights where as I haven’t because I haven’t posted in a few days now!! And when I ask to see what rights I’ve violated, it doesn’t show me any proof!! I also created another account and in that account it isn’t allowing me to follow people!! This is absolutely ridiculous and annoying!!
