Hacked Instagram account

Someone hacked my Instagram account last week Wednesday and it is still active till today, this is ****** a identity - i have reported this to Instagram on the same day but nothing has been done as this ***** is still using my photos - I feel that this app is not safe for anyone I'm ****ed off cause i did notify them in time and no one has personal gain. How ****ed up is this - now I tried to regain access to my account - I do get OTP but he is another security code put in place for authentication which does not come to me - I'm unable to disable the account

Please do something guys - your app is ****en annoying with so much information but the useless at the same time. I have send an email to *** but no response till today. Please people say your system is useless proof them wrong and close these bitcoin **** accounts.
