Hacked and support don’t help at al

Instagram support is very bad, my account has been hacked for over a month now, when trying to reset my login details, they want a back up code or authentication code that I never created, they’re support page doesn’t help with that at all, only give the same information on different ways, when I email them, they send me the links that direct me to the same support code, that person is using my profile ******** people
