Hacked Account Ignorance

My account has been. I realised this within an hour and reported it on instagram’s support email. My account is le.nez the people blocked me out of my account and added le.nez123 but for what reason, I don’t know. Instagram has not even rep**** to me and the people who hacked my account told me to post a video saying that they helped me earn R50 000 by trading for me. Which is NOT TRUE. I will not cave to their ********** ways just so I can get my account back. And instagram has been no help at all. They changed my login details and I have questions to ask instagram but I am being ignored.
