False estimates - Paid for estimated reach of 45k to 120k only to get less than 20k reach on all promotions

<p>I have started promoting my posts on instagram and they have indicated based on my payment selection an estimated reach of atleast 45k to 120k accounts only to get given a reach of just over 11k accounts with no option from them to prorata the payment based on the actual reach. It is very unfair and I am disappointed as I will not be compensated for my loss. I had previously reported an issue with no response from them and I fear that my current problem will be the same.</p>
