Despicable

I have been making use of Instagram and Facebook ads to promote my business and on multiple occasions they have been taking my money and not boosting my ads. I have paid a lot of money for nothing! Apple refuses to refund me. This is an ongoing issue with Instagram, Facebook and Apple taking my money and not running my ads and refusing to refund me. Despicable and ********* business practices.
