Can't login to my profile

I've been using my account ever since i don't when, thursday i upload a picture then logged off, friday when i try to login i get an error message "Another account is using ********** so therefore i can't login to my account and no one seems to care to help with my issue, if you can't help me please deactivate my account because your service is useless.
