I feel ****med

Ordered earphones about a week ago and im not recieving any joy from them. They keep saying my order is coming yet till todate there is nothing Now I check how far it is on their website and it says they could not get hold of me... What *******. They have my cell phone number and ****** address no one contacted me in regards to delivery. I sent an email twice with no response from them n even tried their numer which does not go through Im not happy at all.
