**** by Insta Shop SA - Not deliver and block me on WhatsApp

I have paid shoes Insta Shop SA 2 weeks ago R 1500 but they haven't deliver yet. When I inquire about the shoes they let me know they have it in stock so I paid as the details they provided for payment. last week they say they wait for supplier. NONSENSE

Now they block me on WhatsApp. However I already lay a case at small courts.
