Unprofessional Travel Agency

If I could give this company stars in the minuses it would be -10 stars. Unprofessional, disorganized, *********, ****s. I booked 2 Travel visas for Dubai on the same trip going to greece and returning from Greece each a 3 day stop over in Dubai for work and paid for both 4/10/24. They did not want to provide me with the second visa until such time that I sent them my exist stamp. We flew into Dubai on the 15/11/24 and left on the 19/11/24. Within 15min of getting my exit stamp I send them the proof with my round trip air ticket and my family members residence card for dubai. They acknowledge receipt.of the documents and confirmed the app**** for the visa. We were supposed to fly back on 25/11. By this date nothing happened and we change our flight to the 28/11. We encourage mailed and whatsup every day with confirmation they waiting for immigration which can take 72hrs. On the 28th they send me an e mail stating they need more documentation and asked for round trip ticket and hotel booking. I again send them the info and that was the last we heard of the visa. I lost my flight a second time.on the 28th and with flights fully booked can only return to SA.on Saturday 30/11, 3 days extra hotel costs and taxi cost in Greece. These people should not be used they are seamster and just wait for the right.oppprtunity to **** you.
