Phone insurance
I went back and forth wi5h my insurer, trying to get them to replace my phone with a proper model that matching my lost phone specs. After almost 2 months of no one actually helping, I reached out to the customer care ombudsman for short term insurance and I got the phone I was supposed to have been given in a week.
