NIGHTMARE from a paying customer being treated like a ****

I have never been treated so badly by a credit facility as a PAYING customer they first marked me as a non-payer kept sending me emails when I have NEVER missed a payment since the start of the contract... they have to date still not amended my account and I am still being charged interest the call centre is never available I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence they cant even provide a correct statement when you ask... even after you provide proof of payment they still don't amend it...**** quality anyway don't even waste your money!!!!
