Letter of Confirmation on ********** Account.
I had my documents misused by I do not know who and they opened an account online with a company called Inspire which is part of/ is Lewi group. I have opened a case for this and an investigation will be conducted. At the point my account was opened I really had no idea of this company until 2 installments went off my account from this company called inspire. I asked my bank to investigate, in which they managed to advise me it was this company. When the 1st installment went through I sent an email to ********** which is on the website and no response was received to date, this was in late February towards early March that the email was sent. I tried calling their contact centre number which is half the time engaged /beeping with no ring(Talk About a customer care). I was desperate and needed information on how was an account opened under my name. My bank was helping with making calls and I also did. I managed to get a hold of a consultant called Ayanda Mbebe who was helping me out and after giving me the information of how this was done, where were these things taken(which was online) dilevered and the contact number they needed to contact when they get to the place of delivery I immediately flagged it as *****. In this I really cannot blame the company for all that has happened even though I still don't understand why some companies have created these online systems to apply for products - knowingly that people can easily be *****ed as I have been instead of a walk in store routine. Ayanda Mbebe has requested for documents from myself such as affidavit, ID copy, Case no etc so he can escalate to the relevant department in which I have sent him. He advised once he receives feedback he will get back to me and this was sent through on the 26th of April and to date no feedback. I've been emailing him daily following up and requested if I could get a letter from his ***** department advising of my situation and that I have no dealing with this account, and also that I have opened a case for this but no response. I have sent him another email advising rather than ignoring me if he could provide me with the ***** departments details in which he has still ignored me. Even if it is company protocol to follow escalation procedures I still feel ignoring isn't called for either. I have stipulated to Ayanda my reason for requesting this so urgently, and that is because I am applying for property and right now my credit scoring is very low, and this is being impacted by this account I do not know off. I am seeking urgent help as I might lose this property and I need a letter confirming this urgently for me. It is sad to be ignored the way in which I have been but, I'm hoping for a quick response as in yesterday as I have 4days to sort this out--said by the owner!!! Can you please help with my request from this company I don't know of a customer care that doesn't have a stable phone line and an email address that they don't respond to when there are such serious situations. I'm not asking much but for my issue to be dealt with at least by Thursday latest so I can use it to pick up my scoring.
